Transforming Retail Associate Training through Gamification and Interactive Learning

The Opportunity

MOSIS EXPERIENTIAL set out to revolutionize the training of retail associates by moving away from monotonous lectures and exams. Their goal was to introduce engaging, innovative tools that would significantly enhance learning and retention.

The Approach

To achieve this, we developed a gamified training solution that seamlessly blended digital and hands-on experiences. This included the creation of custom-designed communal watch-making tables, transforming the learning process into an interactive adventure.Our team expertly managed every aspect of the project, from conceptual design to touchscreen installation. The program incorporated ten interactive watch-making tables and two large presentation displays, designed to foster an immersive learning environment across five different locations. Associates participated in competitive games that focused on a variety of topics, such as brand history, complications, movements, and manufacturing expertise, all while tracking their progress on a real-time leaderboard.

The Takeaway

The interactive training program not only promoted teamwork and engagement among associates but also transformed their learning experience into a dynamic and enjoyable competition. This innovative approach significantly improved knowledge retention and elevated overall associate performance in the retail environment.
