The Opportunity

Sightful enlisted ProExhibits to design a booth at AWE 2024 that would introduce their major new products, Space OS and Spacetop AR glasses, to a broad audience. They wanted a space that blended a cozy “elevated coffee shop” ambiance with an airline-inspired setting to provide an immersive, memorable experience that would capture the imagination of visitors and highlight their innovative AR technology.

The Approach

To fulfill Sightful’s vision, we crafted a 20×40 booth with a balance of aesthetic warmth and functionality. Wood laminates, greenery, and strategically placed airplane seats established a comfortable, inviting atmosphere while reinforcing the travel-inspired theme of Spacetop. A dedicated stage for product demos, alongside hands-on demo stationsand a communal table, allowed visitors to interact directly with Space OS and Spacetop glasses in a relaxed, engaging setting, creating opportunities for connection and interaction with the Sightful team.

The Takeaway

Sightful’s booth at AWE 2024 exceeded expectations, capturing attention with its distinct ambiance and drawing in enthusiastic crowds. The carefully designed, welcoming environment enabled attendees to experience the innovative capabilities of Space OS and Spacetop AR glasses firsthand.
