Salesforce sought to enhance understanding and utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) within organizations by hosting Salesforce Connections 2019, a dynamic two-day event in Chicago, designed to answer burning questions about leveraging data and AI for improved customer relationships.

The Approach

The event featured over 270 sessions, including keynotes and workshops, aimed at providing actionable insights on building successful AI strategies. Attendees engaged in networking opportunities with industry peers and product experts, while interactive areas like the Marketing Lodge and Marketing Cloud Campground facilitated personalized learning experiences.

The Takeaway

Salesforce Connections 2019 provided a platform for attendees to deepen their knowledge of AI in marketing, foster valuable connections, and enjoy engaging experiences, culminating in a celebratory event that reinforced Salesforce’s commitment to innovation and customer success.
